The difference between teenage Polly and grown-ups:

•    Grown-ups wake up at 6:00 AM while Polly usually goes to bed at this time.

•    Adults wash the clothes hoping it will always be spotless. Polly just throws it out.

•    People when they are over thirty use Internet to work!

•    The aged grow many flowers and water plants regularly, but you can’t smoke any of them. Polly smokes everything she grows.

•    Grown-ups make the bed after waking up. Polly doesn’t have one.

•    Grown-ups do the washing up after breakfast. Polly washes plates before she has breakfast.

•    Grown-ups cook to have people to dinner. Polly invites people to make dinner.

•    Adults clean the carpet with a vacuum cleaner, sweep the floor by the broom, wash it with a mop and then wipe the dust off with a cloth. Polly doesn’t even know what all these things mean.

•    When a grown-up listens to the radio, he can’t hear his favorite song because it doesn’t go on the air any more. Polly can’t hear her favorite song on the radio because it doesn’t go on the air yet.

•    Older people feed their pets special food. While Polly feeds her pet McDonald’s leftovers.

•    Polly and her friends play football and have a rest with friends. Adults do it with business partners.

•    When grown-ups get dressed they rarely chose jeans and a sweater.

•     Older people read a book in order to relax. Polly reads a book and then relaxes.

•    A man plays the guitar alone in the attic because he doesn’t want anybody to see him. And he thinks he is not cool. A young boy plays the guitar when Polly is around and he thinks that he is cool.

•    Grown-ups go to work and do nothing there. Polly and her friends go to school. But also do nothing there.

•    When an adult gets up he goes to brush teeth. When Polly gets up she goes home first.

•    Adults use washing machine to make their clothes neat and tidy. Polly uses it to do homework on it.
